Greater Value : If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original item, you will need to pay the difference.

Lesser Value : If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Processing Time : Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know if your refund or exchange is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days, and exchanges will be shipped in 5-7 business days.

International Transactions :
We only accept return for faulty items. The tag and seal on the garment needs to be intact before returning. Firstly, please notify us via customercare@chilinen.com within 3 days upon receipt of parcel.
Secondly, please return your parcel to Chi Linen via registered email (recommended) at own cost within 7 days from the final acknowledgement by customercare@chilinen.com
Upon receipt of your return parcel, we will do a full refund within 7 working days.
